So for the past week I have been getting my butt kicked every morning (6-6:40)at what is called Fitness Boot Camp! I have also been trying to eat healthy(er) than I normally do. I am happy to day that I have already noticed a big difference! I was able to do 10 push-ups this morning, which is good for me because when I started last week I could hardly do 1. I have also found that I have a lot more energy at work. I am constantly moving on my job & am grateful for the extra boost of energy. I will admit that I cheated a little on Saturday because I had company & we went tosee New Moon, & then treated ourselves to Red Robin. YUMMY!!!!!
One of my biggest challenges I have found is trying to satisfy my sweet tooth. I am happy to say that I have found the solution. Blue Bunny make a sugar free, reduced fat ice cream that doesn't taste sugar free.

Hello Maranda. That boot camp seems like something I need. I am up every morning by 6am at the latest. I spend the first hour normally getting the children ready for school, and the next few reading for school. I seem to have a great deal of energy for getting up. I want to improve my body. I have lost a great deal of weight over the past six months, and while it is toning naturally, I want to speed up the process. Keep the blogging going.
